The Vida Spritz Gin Cocktail

A Citrus Gin Spritz with Limoncello and Sparkling Wine

The Vida Spritz is a bright and refreshing gin spritz that brings together Toca Vida Gin, zesty limoncello, fresh citrus, and dry sparkling wine. Designed as a modern aperitivo gin cocktail, it balances botanical depth with vibrant lemon character and a gentle hint of sweetness.

This citrus-forward sparkling gin cocktail captures the relaxed elegance of Mediterranean afternoons. The combination of gin and limoncello creates layered citrus intensity, while grenadine adds subtle fruit complexity. Finished with chilled sparkling wine, the result is crisp, aromatic, and effortlessly drinkable.

Recipe:

  • 40ml Toca Vida Gin

  • 10ml Limoncello

  • 10ml Lime Juice

  • 15ml Grenadine

  • 50ml Dry Sparkling Wine

  • Garnish: Rosemary Spring & Lemon Slice

Directions:

  1. Fill your wine glass with cubed ice.

  2. Add all ingredients, except for sparkling wine. Stir to incorporate.

  3. Add more ice to top (this means your drinks is perfectly chilled from first to last sip - no watery drinks here!)

  4. Top with your sparkling wine.

  5. Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon slice and enjoy!
